The staff was absolutely kind with the receptionist.

I've had a really nice stay for where we were spending time.

We did not want to leave and will be back, loved the city and hotel. Divine and clean property, the staff who served us were accommodating, and it had reasonable location near downtown the loop.

I loved the hotel, it was functional and fairly clean. The staff was polite and welcoming.

The hotel was a comfortable place for enjoying a downtown area, very close to downtown and the bus stop and navy pier. Accommodating staff team was with the receptionist. The bed was comfy and the room was bright & huge. The continental breakfast had lots of food.

Amicable staff and magnificent location near downtown the loop, everything was excellent. We liked rooms with the windows towards inner yard.

Very good staff and food, we liked this economical hotel. Everything was great as expected, nonetheless the bathroom was quite small.

All I could ask for, outstanding value. I liked this top-class hotel, especially updated rooms and friendly location. I had additional requests, staff was fast and was willing to help.

The rooms were very specious, it was spotless and reasonably spacious venue.

The rooms with a good shower as well as many pillows. The fact that Cermak-Mccormick Place tube station was some 10 minutes away was a plus.

Planned to see Chicago major attractions and it was excellent place for visiting all of them❤

Clean, beautifully kept hotel, impressive rooms and very obliging staff. Nice size suite and exceptionally comfortable bed. It was very close to downtown, the Thaila theater, practical location overall. I loved that state & 26th street bus station was minutes away from the venue. The downstairs bar in the venue had plenty of good juices, tea and martini throughout the day. All in all brilliant value for money, top-notch service.

We loved it, its location and staff. Good bed, luxurious bathroom and climate control, cable TV and microwave in the room. The beach was wonderful.

Very modern hotel with great prices as for Chicago. Room itself was a nice size and had a wonderful view. The venue was in a shopping area.

The hotel was fairly clean, the staff was condescending! Plenty of supplies in the room : cable television, microwave and hairdryer. The staff did all they can for a delightful stay. Indoor swimming pool in the property was incredible. Awesome restaurant onsite and awesome views.

The lobby was inviting and clean enough. Employees were GENUINELY FRIENDLY.

Spotless clean, the staff was very pleasant, so much delicious food. Central location, near trinity episcopal church. The bedroom was large.

Nothing beats being in Chicago South Loop. We had friendly check-in on arrival. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like dim sum house that was only 10 minutes' walk away...
