The hotel was a comfortable place for enjoying a downtown area, very close to downtown and the bus stop and navy pier. Accommodating staff team was with the receptionist. The bed was comfy and the room was bright & huge. The continental breakfast had lots of food.

Clean, beautifully kept hotel, impressive rooms and very obliging staff. Nice size suite and exceptionally comfortable bed. It was very close to downtown, the Thaila theater, practical location overall. I loved that state & 26th street bus station was minutes away from the venue. The downstairs bar in the venue had plenty of good juices, tea and martini throughout the day. All in all brilliant value for money, top-notch service.

Nothing beats being in Chicago South Loop. We had friendly check-in on arrival. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like dim sum house that was only 10 minutes' walk away...
